Adrienne Lindsey spent nearly two decades inside the industry she now advises. As Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager at GeoEngineers, she built and ran regional pursuit and marketing strategy for one of the Pacific Northwest’s respected geotechnical and environmental engineering firms. As Business Development Director for a national full-service A/E firm, she led marketing and BD for the company’s West Region, driving pursuit improvements and client satisfaction across multiple service lines. Earlier in her career, she built a 50+ person firm’s first formal marketing program from scratch.
Along the way, she’s led the strategy behind proposals ranging from $50,000 to $1 billion in contract value — including an $800,000 new prime win for a client who’d only ever subbed to the owner, an $8M on-call win with minimal prior relationship with the owner, and partnering with contractors on design-build pursuits.
She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Portland State University and a BA in Political Science from Washington State University, and is active in SMPS-Oregon, APWA-Oregon, and WTS Oregon — recognized with SMPS-Oregon’s President’s Award, APWA-Oregon’s Communications Award, and WTS Oregon Member of the Year.
